Our client, SIDAG AG in Sulgen, is a traditional, owner-managed family business in the food sector with around 40 employees. The company develops, produces and distributes lemon and lime juice under the well-known brand SICILIA and supplies customers worldwide. At the Swiss site, in addition to bottling the products, the primary packaging is also manufactured in-house. We are immediately seeking an experienced, reliable and independent individual as a Finance & Human Resources Specialist 80%.

Your tasks
In this versatile role, you will take on the operational tasks in finance and human resources. Your key responsibilities include:

• Independent management of financial accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payment transactions and dunning
• Ongoing liquidity monitoring
• Preparation and creation of the annual financial statements as well as VAT and commission accounting
• Maintaining statistics and preparing numerical data for calculations and the annual business report
• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit including time recording
• Management of payroll accounting including annual settlements with social insurance
• Maintenance of personnel master data and personnel files
• Support of management in personnel-related and labour law matters
• Contact person for employees, authorities and other external parties

Your profile
You have a commercial education as well as appropriate further training in finance/accounting and/or human resources. In addition, you convince with:

• Several years of experience in financial accounting, personnel administration and payroll
• Very good, practical ABACUS knowledge
• Experience in the independent preparation and creation of annual financial statements
• Good knowledge of Swiss accounting, labour law as well as social insurance and payroll
• Independent, structured, reliable and discreet working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Down-to-earth, straightforward personality with enjoyment in contact with employees
