• Personnel and professional leadership of the team
• Responsibility for smooth daily operations
• Planning, coordination and training of employees
• Ensures order & cleanliness and is responsible for compliance with company regulations
• Conducts personnel interviews (meeting notes, annual reviews, etc.)
• Participation in, leading and implementing small projects
• Continuously applies the KVP process
• Monitors KPIs in their areas and initiates countermeasures in case of deviations
• Employee recruitment & onboarding
• Administrative tasks with INFOR (ERP), MS Office, L-Mobile and various internal IT programmes
• Handling internal complaints, inventories, search orders, blocked items, disposal orders, returns, etc.

• Completed basic training as a logistics specialist EFZ
• Further training or higher qualification in logistics and supply chain management
• Several years of experience in leading teams in goods handling, goods receipt and goods issue
• Independent working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
• Very good team and communication skills
• Structured working method and cost awareness
• Very good Microsoft Office skills for creating data analyses, documentation and presentations
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills C1 in spoken and written form
