Your responsibilities
You are the contact person for insured persons, employers, authorities, and regional employment centres. In your work, you check and process incoming benefit claims. You are also responsible for calculating and paying insurance benefits and issuing decisions. You will competently and service-orientedly advise our customers and partners in the implementation of AVIG.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training (with E-profile) or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
- Experience in demanding clerical work, preferably in the private or social insurance sector
- Independent, resilient, and decisive personality with a structured way of working
- In addition to confident German in spoken and written form, knowledge of foreign languages is desirable.
