Consultant ABACUS 80 - 100% (Payroll/HR) - perfect lateral entry for HR professionals
Your tasks:- Expert advice to customers on the introduction of Abacus as well as on the optimisation and digitalisation of processes, focusing on the Human Resources area (e.g. employee appraisals, references, application and competence management, ESS and MSS) as well as payroll accounting
- Preparation of offers, concepts, documentation and training materials
- Recording and specification of customer requirements as well as support of implementation through parameterisation and customising
- Conducting workshops and training sessions for users
- Supporting customers via support and hotline
- Responsibility for project execution with regard to schedule, budget and quality
- Several years of professional experience in payroll/payroll accounting/HR administration
- Practical experience in holistic project management is an advantage
- You are an upbeat and alert personality who reacts flexibly and situationally to people (customers) and situations
- A networked way of thinking as well as a structured, independent and precise way of working
- A flair for IT, digitalisation and the SME environment
- High service mentality and enthusiasm
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; French and/or English skills are an advantage
