Your Tasks
- You ensure the correct case opening, allocation, and case management with regard to data quality and content.
- Ensuring the cost assurance process for inpatient IV admissions and in the outpatient area for medications, therapies, and other treatments is part of your duties.
- Instruction and support of various internal departments (scheduling, secretariats, patient administration staff) are among your main tasks.
Your Profile
- You have training and/or further education in the commercial field and bring proven experience from the healthcare sector.
- You are familiar with medical terminology and have experience with organisational processes in the care sector.
- Initiative, teamwork, and a quick grasp characterise you additionally.
- Your very good language skills in German and English complete your profile; additional languages are an advantage.
