About the job

Spitex Foppa ensures outpatient care and support for around 300 clients in its catchment area around Ilanz. The service area includes the regions of Safiental, Vals, Lumnezia, Obersaxen Mundaun, Andiast/Waltensburg as well as the Ilanz/Glion region.

The organisation guarantees needs-based care and support in the clients' familiar environment and works according to the primary nursing model with the aim of promoting independence, quality of life, and individual resources as best as possible.

Health Specialist EFZ

Your tasks include:

• needs-oriented, individual care and support at home
• care based on the nursing process and corresponding documentation in collaboration with the case manager

You possess the following qualities:

• completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• you enjoy working independently, responsibly, and are flexible
• you have a high level of social competence
• you hold a driving licence category B
