Customer Service Representative
(80-100%)
Berger Shoes & Sports AG; a family-run sports and fashion store in Konolfingen. Following our motto, sharing quality out of passion, we have been sharing our experience in shoes, sports & fashion with our customers for over 70 years.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Professionally competent telephone support and advice for our customers
- Processing written customer inquiries via email
- Assisting in maintaining and managing customer history and data in SAP
- Assisting in accounts receivable including dunning
- Handling complaint management and offering solutions
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training
- Professional experience in customer service
- Good MS Office skills - ideally also ERP and CRM knowledge
- Communicative, service-oriented, and flexible
- Good German skills, foreign languages are an advantage
