Accountant / Finance Specialist – Internal Fiduciary Role within a Corporate Group

To strengthen our corporate group, we are seeking an experienced, independent and reliable individual in the field of accounting and finance. In this role, you will take on a central position within our internal fiduciary structure and work closely with various companies and internal contacts.

Your main tasks that will appeal to you

Management of the financial accounting for several companies

Accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting

Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Reconciliations as well as general financial analyses

Support in budgeting and reporting processes

Contact person for internal customers and operational areas

Collaboration with external partners, authorities and auditors

Ensuring efficient administrative and financial processes

Participation in the optimisation of processes and systems

Independent handling of payroll accounting

Requirements you bring with you

Several years of professional experience in accounting, ideally in a fiduciary, SME or corporate group

Independent, structured and reliable way of working

Strong service and customer orientation towards internal contacts

High discretion and sense of responsibility

IT affinity and enjoyment in working with various systems and digital tools

Native German speaker with good knowledge of French

Good knowledge of common Office programmes and ERP systems
