6 months fixed-term with possibility of permanent employment

Your area of responsibility

You are responsible for the telephone approach of leads (potential new customers, no cold calling)
Your area of responsibility also includes the follow-up of inquiries and appointment scheduling
In addition, you document all conversations and update customer data in the CRM system
You coordinate leads and ensure that handovers run smoothly

Your strengths

You make calls with passion and enthusiasm and have a structured way of working
You bring joy and experience in telephone contact in lead processing (potential customers)
Your friendliness, good communication and strong sales skills set you apart
You are familiar with creating a pleasant conversation, persuasiveness as well as skill in verbal expression
You have good MS Office skills, are technically savvy and master the German and French languages, English and Italian skills are an advantage
