With our enthusiastic team of around 60 employees, it is our task to put the architects' designs and the clients' wishes into practice. At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we are able to realise with renowned architects and clients.YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility and management of various demanding new build and renovation projects
- Communication with clients, specialist planners and contractors in collaboration with project management
- Conducting construction meetings, leading project and specialist planner teams
- Coordinating workflows, monitoring deadlines and quality control
- Measurement control, cost control, preparing tenders for additional work
- Administrative tasks within the project such as preparation and follow-up of meetings, minute taking, correspondence and scheduling
YOUR PROFILE
- Basic training in construction, further education or several years of experience as a construction manager or construction technician
- Professional experience in construction management of medium-sized building projects and experience in the Swiss construction industry with sound knowledge of all SIA phases
- Independent, responsible and efficient working style in a digital environment
- High initiative, confident manner and communicative personality
- Organised, goal-oriented and reliable person
- Fluent German, both spoken and written
- Category B driving licence
