About the job
In our wonderful nursery in Horw, we are looking for a motivated, trained and responsible group leader to start immediately or by arrangement.
Our premises are nature-oriented and lovingly designed. They leave plenty of space open so that the children can fully engage with play and nature and develop optimally.
Your tasks:
- Professional leadership of the group
- Guidance of trainees and interns
- Implementation of our nature pedagogical and bilingual concept
- Responsibility for the group room and daily routine
- Completion of administrative tasks (maintaining and updating daily reports, child observations, portfolio, etc.)
- Ensuring smooth communication between the group, parents and supervisors
- Conducting settling-in periods
- Holding progress discussions with parents
What you ideally bring with you:
- a vocational qualification in childcare recognised in Switzerland (mandatory)
- Trainer course
- Professional experience in the role of group leader
- Experience working in nature
- High professional and social competence
- Good English skills
- You are enthusiastic and love your work
