What to expect
You lead the Risk Management team of ÖKK, develop methods and processes, and ensure that business and operational risks are identified, assessed, and managed early. Together with Legal, Compliance, and IT, you ensure proactive, holistic risk management. Specific tasks include:

- Further development of the risk management framework, enhancement of operational resilience, and the internal control system (ICS)
- Drafting of the risk policy as well as regular reports and decision-making bases for GL and VR
- Advising business areas on identifying financial and non-financial risks
- Conducting risk assessments & business impact analyses for business-critical processes
- Accompanying and monitoring measures for risk reduction and ICS implementation
- Close collaboration with Compliance, Data Protection, and CISO on IT and cyber risks
- Active role in crisis organization and participation in emergency and crisis exercises

What you bring
- Completed vocational/university degree, ideally with further training in risk management
- Several years of experience in operational risk management and responsibility for an ICS
- Experience in project management and in the introduction and further development of risk and ICS processes
- Analytical, structured thinking and the ability to get to the point on complex issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills at management level
- Assertiveness, consulting, and decision-making competence in a dynamic environment
- High self-motivation, solution-oriented work, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
