• Professional and proactive advice and support for managers and employees as a sparring partner for all personnel-related issues
• Responsibility for the entire HR life cycle of employees of LANDI Pilatus AG and LANDI Unterwalden AG without payroll
• Recruitment of specialists and executives together with the line
• Support for long-term absentees due to illness and accident
• Responsibility for commercial apprentices in the region
• Analyzing key figures and developing corresponding measures
• Active participation in ongoing and upcoming HR projects as well as in change processes
• Participation in the implementation of the HR strategy of the fenaco-LANDI group
• General administrative tasks

• HR specialist with a federal diploma or several years of experience in the role of HR Business Partner
• You are proficient in using relevant business networks and social media
• You can interact with people at different levels and successfully mediate in conflicts
• You have an independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style
• You are willing to regularly visit the various locations of LANDI AG
