Your Tasks
The independent and responsible care of our 50 residents is an enriching challenge for you. With your modern understanding of nursing, you manage the most diverse everyday situations and share responsibility for the design and implementation of care processes. You are open to further development and to passing on your knowledge and experience to employees and learners. You maintain a professional and empathetic contact with relatives and trusted persons. In this role, there are no split shifts or night shifts. Electronic nursing documentation is standard with us.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Good German language skills
- Independence and initiative
