About the job
What you will achieve
- You will lead a broadly based organisation – from finance and controlling through patient administration and medical coding as well as medical controlling to purchasing, logistics, tariffs and fees – and ensure effective, integrated management.
- In a complex environment, you create clarity: with sound analyses, strong control instruments and clear financial guardrails, you provide orientation for key decisions.
- You ensure that economic stability and medical quality remain in balance – thereby creating the basis for high-quality care for our patients.
- You actively shape and manage investment and financial planning as well as forward-looking risk management, making a significant contribution to the long-term stability of the group.
- As a company owned by a foundation, you combine entrepreneurial action with social responsibility and make a visible contribution to our employees as well as to the people we care for.
- Together with the management, you strategically develop the Lindenhof Group further and set impulses for sustainable, future-oriented development.
- In strategic projects, you are the critical voice for economic viability and ensure that innovations arise on sustainable foundations.
- In dealings with authorities, insurers, banks and other stakeholders, you position the Lindenhof Group as a reliable and strong partner.
What distinguishes you
- A solid business education (FH/University) with a focus on finance/controlling as well as several years of leadership experience in a comparable role form the basis of your profile.
- You are confident in the financial management of complex organisations – ideally in healthcare or a similarly regulated environment.
- You combine strategic thinking with entrepreneurial action and a pronounced ability to implement topics pragmatically and impactfully.
- As management, we see ourselves as a collective leadership body. In your role as a new member, you actively contribute as a team player, think beyond departmental boundaries and make a central contribution to a trusting, binding and effective collaboration.
- You bring together different perspectives and consistently align teams towards common goals.
- The targeted further development of your organisation as well as a leadership culture characterised by trust, commitment and development are self-evident to you.
- You actively embrace digital developments and new technologies and use them purposefully to further develop processes, systems and financial management.
