Job Description

The versatile nurse on a fixed-term contract may work in different departments (medicine, surgery, emergency, etc.) according to the needs of the establishment.
Their duties are generally the same as those of a permanent nurse, but with a dimension of rapid adaptation as they may be required to change departments.

• Integrate quickly into a department they may not always know.

• Be able to adapt to different audiences

• Respond to the establishment’s occasional needs (covering for a colleague, reinforcement during peak activity periods).

The versatile nurse on a fixed-term contract assumes all the care and coordination duties of a state-qualified nurse, but with the particularity of being flexible, responsive, and able to adapt quickly to different departments and environments.

Qualifications

• Hold a CRS nursing diploma or equivalent training
• Strong professional conscience, motivation, flexibility, and dynamism
• Ability to integrate into a team and team spirit
• Ability to manage stress
• Knowledge of English is an asset
