Your Tasks

• Manufacturing welded components of all aircraft types and safety classes in the material groups steel, stainless steel and aluminium according to standard DIN ISO 24394 following specifications in the TIG welding process
• Aligning, grinding and adjusting components for pre- and post-processing
• Performing visual and dimensional quality checks according to normative and internal requirements on your own work
• Supporting welding supervisors in creating welding instructions and WPS documents
• Batch controls and picking orders for welding preparation or external shipping as well as reporting completed production orders in the ERP system

What Convince Us

• Completed vocational training in the field of metalworking, e.g. plant and apparatus builder EFZ, metalworker EFZ, bodywork tinsmith EFZ or similar
• Welder certification according to DIN ISO 24394, as well as several years of professional experience in TIG welding of steel & aluminium
• Confident reading of technical drawings and good fine motor skills
• Confident handling of IT devices and their operating systems (MS Windows, MS Office)
• Reliable and quality-conscious working method, high independence as well as good flexibility and willingness for special services
• Good German skills (B2) spoken and written, English an advantage
