Your area of responsibility
- Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as targeted further development of the QMS team
- Strategic orientation and continuous optimisation of local and global quality management systems
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and normative requirements, especially ISO 13485 and FDA QMSR
- Initiation, coordination and implementation of local and group-wide QMS and improvement projects
- Harmonisation and standardisation of quality processes, SOPs, templates and tools across the organisation
- Management of eQMS optimisations and system changes in close cooperation with Quality Operations, IT and other stakeholders
- Professional responsibility for central QMS processes such as NC/CAPA, Change Control, document management and management review
- Establishment and analysis of relevant quality indicators as well as derivation of effective improvement measures
- Support of internal and external audits as well as regulatory inspections
- Strengthening a sustainable quality culture and promoting the continuous improvement approach
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in quality management in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
- Leadership experience and proven experience in the professional management of projects/teams
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as experience with PLM or document management systems
- Strong organisational skills and a high quality awareness
- Communication skills and enjoyment of working with various stakeholders
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
