Your Tasks
- Affinity for Accounting - You manage financial and payroll accounting and are responsible for preparing monthly financial statements and for the preparation of annual financial statements
- VAT Knowledge - You prepare VAT returns for a variety of mandates
- Tax Know-how - You complete tax returns for natural and legal persons
- Trust Assistance - You support general trust tasks in an exciting environment
- Customer Understanding - You are our contact person and look after our customers with commitment and expertise
- Service-oriented - You are responsible for customer reception, carry out all internal administration and support the team in general administrative matters
What You Bring
- Trust Experience - You have a commercial basic education (E or M profile) and ideally already have several years of professional experience in the trust sector
- Abacus Proficiency - You already have experience with Abacus
- IT Affinity - You have a quick grasp of new IT tools and are well versed in MS Office
- Team Spirit & Drive - You are open-minded and proactive - exactly what our team values
- Love of Numbers & Responsibility - Analytical thinking is in your blood and you like to take responsibility
- Efficient - Your working style is structured and efficient
- Hands-on Mentality - You are service-oriented and enjoy supporting the team in general administration
- Languages - Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are a bonus
