Maintenance/Technical Service: In Facility Management

For our team, we are looking for an independent and responsible personality as a caretaker/technical service: In Facility Management (building maintenance). In this versatile role, you ensure the safe, well-maintained, and functional condition of our buildings, technical facilities, and outdoor areas.

You are not only hands-on yourself but also coordinate external specialist companies and are an important contact person on site.

• Independent care, inspection, and maintenance of buildings, technical systems, and outdoor areas
• Carrying out maintenance, inspection, and minor repair work
• Rectifying simple technical faults and initiating appropriate measures for more complex faults
• Monitoring building services systems in heating, ventilation, and sanitation
• Organisation and coordination of external craft, maintenance, and service companies
• Accompanying and supervising external service providers on site
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and a well-kept appearance of indoor and outdoor areas
• Performing winter services and maintaining green and outdoor areas
• Implementing and monitoring safety and fire protection regulations within your area of responsibility
• Operating the fire alarm system
• Documenting maintenance, inspection, and upkeep work
• Supporting moves, events, and internal projects
• Contact person on site for employees, users, and external parties

• Completed vocational training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ), preferably in a craft or technical field.
• Several years of practical experience in building maintenance, technical maintenance, or facility management.
• Good knowledge in handling building services systems and building equipment.
• Further training as a caretaker with a federal diploma is an advantage.
• Further training in building technology, facility management, or occupational safety is a plus.
• Experience in coordinating and supervising external craft and service companies is advantageous.
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
• Good PC skills (ERP systems, MS Office)
• Good English skills are an advantage
