THE MISSION

At Mama, the restaurant is at the heart of the guest experience and an important meeting place for our guests. 💓 That’s why they should always feel perfectly looked after by you. 🤗

You are responsible for the entire restaurant, your team, and the further development of its profitability. 💰

You also contribute to designing the menu and pricing. 📋 As the interface between the F&B Director, their assistant and the team you lead, you take on diverse tasks and responsibilities. 👥 Of course, you spend only a short time in the office; your environment is the restaurant, you are a leader and guide your team to success.
