Your area of responsibility
In this varied role, you are the competent contact person for our customers in the field of building envelope & wood. You advise and support our customers by phone, email or at the counter, mediate or provide technical information, prepare sales offers and are also responsible for their follow-up. You work closely with the field service, central purchasing and logistics.
Your profile
You appreciate the wood industry and feel comfortable in the construction-related environment. You have successfully completed a vocational training EFZ and ideally have practical and administrative experience in internal sales. Existing knowledge or an affinity for products in the building envelope & wood sector is desirable and will facilitate your entry. Direct customer contact and active sales of a large range in German and French bring you joy and you know the region of the canton of Fribourg very well. We are looking for a proactive, service-oriented and motivated person. You enjoy contact with people and possess a high degree of independence and resilience. Good PC user skills (MS Office, SAP, CRM) are indispensable. Together with your team colleagues, you put joint success first and are also a pleasant contact person within the company.
