About the job

Your new role

As a childcare specialist with a focus on children, you accompany children aged 4 to 12 in their daily lives and support them in their holistic development. The promotion of linguistic, intellectual and motor skills as well as social behaviour and personality development are central to this.

You organise the daily routine age- and situation-appropriately with a mix of guided activities and free play. You plan individual and group activities and create an environment where children can have diverse learning experiences.

In doing so, you support the children in developing individually while also finding their place in the group. Your work requires empathy, a sense of responsibility and joy in working with people.

Your tasks

• Care and support of school-aged children in everyday life
• Planning and implementation of play, learning and support activities
• Promotion of social, linguistic and motor development
• Observation and documentation of the children’s development
• Co-creation of a structured and varied daily routine
• Teamwork and exchange with key persons

Fair remuneration:

1st year of apprenticeship: CHF 770.–

2nd year of apprenticeship: CHF 980.–

3rd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1’380.–

Monthly performance bonus for good results at vocational school and in the training company
