About the job
The Kantonsschule Zürich Nord operates a long-term and a short-term grammar school with all profiles offered in the canton of Zürich and the bilingual Matura qualifications German/English and German/French, as well as a specialised middle school. It has around 2,200 pupils, 300 teachers, 50 central services staff, and eight headteachers who contribute to the successful running of the school day. The school facility will remain on the University of Zürich Irchel campus until summer 2027.
Your Tasks
In the autumn semester 2026/27, the following teaching assignments limited to one semester are to be filled at KZN:
4 classes with a total of 16 weekly lessons in German
It is possible to take on only individual classes on a part-time basis.
Your Profile
You have a Master’s degree in German Studies or are close to completing the corresponding degree and ideally have already started teacher training or have some teaching experience.
