The institution relies on a needs-based offer of residential and care places as well as close interdisciplinary collaboration between nursing, care, and medicine. Currently, a qualified nurse HF (diploma) is sought for the night shift in a permanent position with a workload of 80 to 100%, starting 1 November 2026 or by arrangement, who will support the team from 8:00 pm to 7:00 am and provide nursing and medical care to the residents.
