Maintenance Team Leader

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for building maintenance and management of technical infrastructure: compressed air, water, heating, ventilation, media supply

• Coordination of external craftsmen and suppliers
• Organisation of repairs and maintenance work
• Planning and execution of preventive maintenance
• Documentation of maintenance and technical inspections
• Support with technical conversions and improvements
• Ensuring order and safety in the technical area
• Leading a small maintenance team
• Scheduling of employees
• Supporting the Head of Technology in daily operations
• Contributing to the further development of technical standards

Your Profile

• Further training as a maintenance specialist

• Technical caretaker with a federal diploma

• Experience in team leadership
• Experience in technical maintenance
• Understanding of building and operational technology
• Independent and structured working style with organisational skills
• Practical and solution-oriented mindset
• Reliable and resilient with a hands-on mentality
• Good communication skills with high initiative
