Clerk Technical Administration and Order Entry (50% part-time, m/f/d)
To strengthen our service team, we are looking for you! You will take over the processing and coordination of repair orders, assist our customers directly with questions, monitor appointments, record complaints, and ensure that repairs, remakes, and custom new orders run smoothly. Bring in your expertise and actively shape our excellent customer service!
More about the role
Processing of repair orders including customer feedback in case of questions
Active appointment control of repairs and ensuring the telephone availability of the service department
Recording of customer complaints
Preparation for shipping and invoicing of repairs, remakes, and custom new orders
Support with administrative tasks (creating delivery notes, scanning customer documents, OA cutting/scanning, etc.)
Close cooperation with other departments to ensure efficient processes
More about you
- Must-have
Professional experience in customer contact in a technical environment
Commercial or technical training
Independent, structured, and resilient working style, even in hectic situations
Very good German and French skills
Confident handling of Windows, MS Office; SAP is an advantage
Strong communication skills, team player, and service-oriented
- Desirable
Experience in the hearing aid sector or in a service organization
Technical understanding and audiology knowledge
English and Italian skills
Creativity and willingness to actively contribute ideas
