Tasks
- Professional and organisational management of the areas of occupational therapy and activation therapy
- Ensuring expert and high-quality patient care by occupational therapy and activation therapy staff and students in the field of adult, geriatric and adolescent psychiatry
- Professional and further development as well as quality assurance for the areas of occupational/activation therapy
- Co-responsibility for training places and promotion of junior staff in occupational/activation therapy
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of projects
- Further development of services and treatment concepts
- Cost centre responsibility
- Close interprofessional collaboration (essential)
Profile
- Recognised professional qualification as an occupational therapist (with foreign qualification with SRK recognition); an advanced degree (MAS/MSc) is an advantage
- Leadership experience and competence including further training in Leadership & Management at least at CAS level
- Extensive professional experience in occupational therapy in psychiatric and psychotherapeutic settings (adult, geriatric and/or adolescent psychiatry)
- Strong ability to ensure high professional quality as well as conceptual further development of therapeutic services
- Conceptual thinking, creativity and experience in project work
- High level of cooperation skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Independent, structured and proactive working style as well as flexibility in everyday leadership
