The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various competence areas. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being comprehensively modernised through new construction and renovations and supplemented with 86 new retirement apartments.
In the care department with a special focus on dementia, we accompany and care for people with different forms and manifestations of dementia. For us, the person with their individual needs, resources and life story is at the centre. As hospitality service staff, you contribute significantly to ensuring that our residents feel completely comfortable – with a set table, a tidy room, a listening ear and a smile in everyday life.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable and committed person to start immediately or by arrangement as
Hospitality Service Staff (m/f/d), Dementia, 80 - 100 %
This is how you support us:
- You welcome, care for and serve our residents with warmth and attention
- You interact with relatives and customers professionally and appreciatively
- You prepare the tables before and after meals and ensure an inviting atmosphere
- You sensitively advise our residents on menu choices
- You coordinate the service and plating of meals including beverage service
- You clean and arrange the living and dining rooms of our residents
- You take on defined cleaning tasks in the residents’ rooms
- You support the laundry cycle
- You perform administrative tasks such as orders and participate in reports
This is how you convince us:
- You have completed training in hospitality, housekeeping or gastronomy
- Ideally, you bring professional experience in a similar environment, e.g. in long-term care or hospital
- You enjoy contact with elderly people and treat them with patience and appreciation
- You work independently and with a high standard of quality
- You are service-oriented and appreciate interdisciplinary teamwork
- You are open to new things and enjoy continuous development
- You have very good spoken German skills as well as good IT skills (MS Office, Logiman)
