The HR Business Partner Raiffeisen Banks group advises and supports the Raiffeisen banks on HR topics along the employee lifecycle. Each HR Business Partner is assigned a specific portfolio of banks, enabling them to take an active advisory role at the board of directors and bank management level.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced and confident personality as Senior HR Business Partner Raiffeisen Banks (m/f/d) to support banks in Central Switzerland and/or Northwestern Switzerland.

• Consulting and support of the Raiffeisen banks assigned to you in all HR matters
• Responsibility for recruiting chairpersons of the bank management of the banks assigned to you
• Development and optimization of new and existing HR processes and HR services for Raiffeisen banks
• Participation in HR projects

• Proven several years of practical experience in the HR field, especially in HR consulting
• Higher business education (Bachelor/Master) and/or advanced training in HRM
• Negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Willingness to travel (on-site visits to Raiffeisen banks throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland)
