Construction and Project Manager (m/f/d)

- Project management: Overall responsibility for the planning, coordination, and implementation of building projects.
- On-site construction management: Monitoring construction execution, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Client communication: Clear communication with clients, principals, and other project participants.
- Team leadership: Leading and coordinating construction teams, including external service providers.
- Budget and cost control: Responsibility for adhering to the budget and continuous cost monitoring.
- Quality control: Ensuring compliance with building regulations and highest quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of all construction processes and decisions.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the construction industry
- Further training is an advantage
- Several years of experience in project management in building construction.
- Knowledge of contract and cost management.
- Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- German language skills at a level that enables clear communication and documentation.
