• You will develop a dissertation (monograph or research papers) in the fields of Corporate Governance, Board Management, or Company Law.
• You will participate in practice-oriented research and consulting projects and write reports and publications.
• Supervising student work complements your range of activities.
• You will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of our continuing education programmes.
• You have the opportunity to gain initial teaching experience.

• You have an excellent university degree (MSc/MA/MLaw) related to the subject.
• Admission to doctoral studies at a university is an advantage.
• You have an interest and ideally practical or research experience in the fields of Corporate Governance, Board Management, or Company Law.
• Your proven specialist and methodological skills as well as very good analytical abilities will facilitate your start.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
