About the job
Your Tasks
- You will develop a dissertation (monograph or research papers) in the fields of Corporate Governance, Board Management, or Company Law.
- You will participate in practice-oriented research and consulting projects and write reports and publications.
- Supervising student work complements your range of activities.
- You will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of our continuing education programmes.
- You have the opportunity to gain initial teaching experience.
Your Profile
- You have an excellent university degree (MSc/MA/MLaw) related to the subject.
- Admission to doctoral studies at a university is an advantage.
- You have an interest and ideally practical or research experience in the fields of Corporate Governance, Board Management, or Company Law.
- Your proven specialist and methodological skills as well as very good analytical abilities will facilitate your start.
- You communicate confidently in German and English.
