Production Engineer

Our Crissier site brings together the Centres of Excellence for blood volume replacement solutions and pharmaceutical packaging systems, as well as a modern production tool. At this site, 350 people work closely together daily: production, supply chain, quality, regulatory affairs, technical services and development.
To complete our Ecobag line team, we are looking for a precise field professional, capable of working in a team, flexible and dynamic, responsible and solution-oriented.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to production, resolve process deviations, equipment issues and quality incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement of the production line by monitoring and analysing performance, proposing necessary projects following root cause analysis.
- Establish Change Control, plan and monitor line improvement projects.
- Participate in manufacturing documentation. Establish test note protocols, change control, working instructions, etc.
- Review field complaints and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Plan and participate in equipment qualifications and validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Collaborate with support services such as Engineering, maintenance, quality within the framework of line projects.
Professional Skills
- Higher education in Engineering, from HES level to Master with 5 years or more of field experience.
- Analytical, synthesis and design skills with a systemic and pragmatic approach.
- Good writing skills for drafting operational documents.
- Knowledge of manufacturing statistical tools (Minitab or similar) is a plus.
- Fluency in French, English is a plus.
