INVA Mobil has been offering a transport service since 1984 for temporarily or permanently mobility-impaired persons of all ages who cannot use public transport or can only do so under difficult conditions. INVA Mobil employs around 40 staff and is an association.

After consolidation and realignment, INVA Mobil is operationally and financially stable. For the next development phase, we are looking for a loyal and committed individual immediately or by arrangement. You can expect a challenging position in a lively company.

Your tasks are:

• Overall responsibility for the operational, personnel, and financial management of INVA Mobil with accountability for results in operations, personnel, and finances.
• Ensuring a stable, economical, and future-proof institution
• Further development of INVA Mobil regarding offerings, structures, and service portfolio
• Close, partnership-based collaboration with the board in strategic orientation and on key future issues
• Leadership and further development of the team with clear direction and commitment
• Active shaping of the future development of INVA Mobil in close cooperation with the board.

• Several years of leadership and management experience as well as business administration knowledge
• Organisational talent
• Cooperative leadership style

• Strong ability to connect with customers and employees
