Commercial Director / Senior Property Manager Center and Mixed-Use Site Management (m/f/d)

What you will do:
- As part of your responsibilities, you will manage an exciting real estate portfolio of areas, shopping centers, and mixed-use properties. You will work with the Real Estate Site Manager (Center Manager), the Marketing Manager, the Clerk, and the Technical Manager.
- You are responsible for managing all rental agreements (commercial, gastronomy, office, parking, etc.)
- You support the Real Estate Site Manager in negotiations with tenants and contractual partners and negotiate independently in some cases.
- You prepare the annual service charge statement and identify optimization potentials.
- You provide expert support in the preparation of reports and budgets, including their plausibility checks.
- The billing and re-invoicing of services rendered also fall within your area of responsibility.
- In addition, you will take over the preparation, budgeting, execution, and monitoring of the owners' finances, including the corresponding correspondence.
Therefore, you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education with further training in the real estate sector (property manager with a professional certificate or certified real estate trustee).
- If you have already gained practical experience in the field of commercial / shopping center / property management, that is an advantage.
- You have a pronounced affinity for numbers, possess accounting expertise, and can demonstrate solid IT skills (MS Office, REM is an advantage).
- With your service-oriented, flexible, and resilient nature, you make a strong impression.
- Your communication and negotiation skills set you apart, and you are also a true team player.
