To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and experienced personality as a Mandate Manager Fiduciary by arrangement.

Your responsibilities
- Independent management of mandates from A to Z for our diverse clients – from start-ups to owner-managed SMEs to international group companies
- Supporting our clients on their digital journey
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive and demanding fiduciary ABC involving our subject matter experts
- Preparing interim and annual financial statements as well as consolidated accounts for nationally and internationally active companies and foundations according to various accounting standards
- Managing payroll accounting (including personnel administration and year-end preparations)
- Advising on social security matters
Your profile
- Extensive experience in fiduciary services or accounting/auditing of at least 3 years (excluding apprenticeship)
- Completed further training as a fiduciary or accounting specialist, preferably already in training to become a certified fiduciary expert
- Optional further training as a social security specialist
- Committed team player and creative lateral thinker with an entrepreneurial flair
- You use tools such as Bexio or Abacus in your daily work and quickly familiarise yourself with new tools
- Confident German and good English skills
