What you can achieve with us
As a class teacher, you work together with a motivated team under your educational leadership. You plan age-appropriate lessons according to Curriculum 21 and conduct them jointly with the team. As a basis, you create individual education and support plans. You take on nursing and medical measures as well as key person and coordination tasks. Constructive contact with parents and external specialist agencies is important to you and you maintain this proactively. Furthermore, you prepare reports, attend meetings and engage in working groups. In addition, you organise school events such as outdoor school weeks or project weeks and carry them out with your team.
What you bring with you
You have school experience in supporting children and young people with multiple disabilities and ideally also with children on the autism spectrum. You adapt your communication individually to the abilities of the pupils. Ideally, you hold a diploma in school special education or are studying for one. A primary teaching certificate, a Bachelor in Primary Education or a Bachelor in Special and Social Education is also a good prerequisite for the position. With your constructive manner and positive attitude, you contribute greatly to a good team atmosphere.
What you can look forward to
In your role, you take on a lot of responsibility and receive the corresponding scope for design.
Our culture is characterised by appreciation and openness. You work in a motivated and well-coordinated team.
