The Novotel Zurich Airport Messe is located between the exhibition centre and the airport and is ideal for business and family stays with a 24-hour reception, 10 conference rooms for 320 people, and special offers for children. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Deputy General Manager by arrangement.
Job Description
- Management and organisation of the operational business and control of all operational processes of our establishment
- Preparation of weekly forecasts, monthly closings, and the annual budget
- Efficient personnel deployment planning and support of the General Manager in developing target objectives for all departments
- Ensuring and further developing service quality according to the
Novotel brand guidelines
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as Deputy General Manager, Operations Manager, or in a comparable leadership role
- Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
- Strong business acumen and experience handling key figures, targets, costs, and revenues
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively contribute to the overall hotel strategy
- Very good spoken and written German and English skills
