Your new role
Together with the educational team, you are jointly responsible on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays over lunchtime for the care of a group of kindergarten children aged between 4 and 6 years. You eat together with the children and accompany them in their daily and leisure activities. In doing so, you jointly ensure the best possible support, assistance, and promotion of the children. The socio-educational work is based on our framework concept and quality guidelines.
This position is suitable for you if you
- have a qualified education in the field of care (specialist care assistant).
- are willing to take on short shifts of two hours over lunchtime.
- have experience and enjoy dynamic and lively work with children and their living environments.
- are characterized by a benevolent and solution-oriented attitude.
- like to take responsibility, are resilient and reliable.
