Then become part of our Fraud Prevention Team! We are looking for a articulate and flexible personality who enjoys working in shifts and makes quick decisions with a clear head.
The Role
- Analysis & Prevention: You monitor our fraud prevention system and handle suspicious transactions precisely and efficiently.
- Customer Contact: In cases of suspicion, you contact our customers by phone and clarify the situation.
- Multilingual Communication: You conduct professional conversations in German, French and English - Italian is a plus.
- Consultation & Security: You inform customers about card security, fraud prevention and help to prevent misuse.
What We Expect
- Articulacy: Very good German, French and English skills (Italian an advantage).
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts (24/7) - your shifts will be planned in advance.
- Communication Skills: You enjoy talking on the phone and remain professional even in challenging situations.
- Sense of Responsibility: Reliability, independence and a trustworthy working style characterise you.
- Knowledge in the field of digital banking products is an advantage
- Career changers/returnees are welcome
To ensure you start optimally, you will work at 100% capacity for the first three weeks for training.
