To strengthen our specialist department, we are looking for a committed personality as Clerk | Clerk Personal Insurance at the headquarters in Würth House Rorschach.

YOUR TASKS

Your area of responsibility includes the administrative processing of incoming contract documents as well as assisting in the handling of claims. Tendering of existing insurance contracts also belongs to your area of responsibility. You will be in contact with various insurance companies as well as with our valued customers in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and also in Ticino. Through your work, you make a central contribution to long-term customer retention.

YOUR PROFILE IS CONVINCING

• Work experience in the insurance sector, primarily in the area of personal insurance, is an advantage
• Quick comprehension and enthusiasm for occupational pension schemes and personal insurance
• Fluent oral and written communication in German and Italian is mandatory
• Customer-oriented, optimistic personality with negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Ability to respond appropriately, professionally, and solution-oriented in challenging situations
• High communication skills as well as independent, precise, and goal-oriented work
