Board Member

. We are looking for a person who will specifically complement the existing board. The focus is particularly on competencies in the areas of organisational development, human resources, transformation, and digitalisation. Based on their professional background and track record, the sought-after individual ideally brings the following skills and experiences:

• Solid experience in organisational development and strategic transformation
• Strong understanding of HR, leadership, and personnel strategy issues
• Experience in the development of organisations, leadership structures, and management teams
• Leadership experience in a larger, personnel-intensive organisation or a corresponding business area
• Understanding of the special requirements of an organisation with a high proportion of operational staff
• Experience in designing and supporting demanding change processes
• Good understanding of digitalisation and its impact on organisation, processes, leadership, and collaboration
• Board experience is desirable
• Personal qualities such as integrity, commitment, independence, reliability, entrepreneurial thinking, and high social competence
• Time flexibility and availability of around 8–10 days per year including preparation and follow-up
