Job Description
The Occupational Health, Environment, Prevention and Safety Service undertakes important support and protection missions for the university community (staff and students).
The Service’s administration and its secretariat provide support to all Poles and work axes (Sciences; CMU; Other Faculties, Rectorate and Administration; Security and Special Waste).
Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager and in collaboration with all service staff, the post holder’s main tasks will be:
- To carry out the service’s secretarial activities by actively contributing to the improvement of administrative processes
- To assist the administrative manager in her/his support tasks to the management in four main areas: finance, communication, human resources and document management.
Title and Required Skills
Required training/experience:
- Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training.
- 3 years’ experience in an administrative position or any other field useful for the post.
Specific knowledge useful for the post or possibly to be acquired within the framework of the post:
- Perfect mastery – written and oral – of French;
- Proactive attitude
- Very good knowledge of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other tools and applications of the Office 365 suite);
- Skills in using university accounting applications (PUMA; Si-Expense Notes; SAC) and web (Concrete5 or other CMS) or willingness to acquire them;
- Computer literacy and interest in using diverse IT environments.
