Team Leader: Continuing Education and Consulting Office (80%)

• Leading, supporting and developing the office team (span of control 18 employees)
• Promoting constructive and cross-departmental collaboration
• Responsibility for efficient, modern and service-oriented processes and structures
• Strategic and operational development of workflows, interfaces and organisational processes
• Advising and supporting internal stakeholders on organisational issues
• Contributing to strategic and organisational developments in continuing education
• Participating in projects and proactively supporting change and development processes
• Ensuring targeted prioritisation in a diverse and dynamic environment

• Commercial training with further education, e.g. FA Leadership Specialist
• Experience leading larger teams and enjoyment in fostering and supporting people
• Experience in the higher education or continuing education environment is an advantage
