Training Officer 70%
These are your tasks
- Implementation and assurance of educational standards in practice
- Pedagogical coaching of trainers and the learners / students
- Ensuring collaboration with ward managers
- Close cooperation with the training officers and trainers
- Active participation in the further development of education-related projects
What you bring with you
- Nursing diploma HF/FH with experience in the psychiatric setting and a completed pedagogical additional qualification (SVEB-2 or higher)
- High professional and social competence as well as good communication skills
- For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
What you can expect
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
