Your tasks

• Responsible for 1st and 2nd level support in the areas of M365 collaboration and IT applications
• Efficient handling of support tickets (faults and service requests)
• Management of standard configurations in M365
• Conducting onboarding and offboarding of users for M365
• Support with rollouts and implementation of new solutions (operational)
• Implementation of solutions based on defined concepts and architectures
• Training and support of end users
• Participation in projects in clearly defined operational roles

Your profile

• Completed IT training
• Experience in IT support (1st/2nd level)
• Good knowledge of M365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Entra ID, Active Directory and Intune is desirable
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
