Who are we?
Our goal is to offer people with psychological and/or cognitive impairments an individual living and working opportunity, supporting affected persons on their way to as self-determined a life as possible.
At the locations Münsterlingen, Kreuzlingen, Bürglen, and Güttingen, we have 180 living spaces available in different settings. Furthermore, we offer protected workplaces in the areas of gardening, production, carpentry, logistics, and various studios. Here, orders from external companies are processed and various own products are manufactured.
Our 15-member housekeeping team is looking forward to a new member who acts as a floater in various areas. Working hours are Mon - Fri from 7:30 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. and occasionally weekend shifts are also planned.

What distinguishes you
- Experience in cleaning
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Good German skills (at least level B2)
- Driver's license category B
- Open-mindedness in dealing with people with disabilities
