- Customer-oriented and personalised insurance advice to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency or by phone
- Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
- Acquisition of new clients to ensure the growth of your region's client portfolio
- Placement of other AXA products (finance and pensions, health services)
- Completion of administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools

Your skills and talents
- Holding a professional diploma and some initial experience related to advice or sales, you have a keen interest in training in the insurance field
- You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in this region because you live there
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in dealing with others, you seek solutions for your clients and you know how to adapt to any situation
- You master French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
- Your working method is autonomous and goal-oriented; remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
