These tasks will inspire you

• Responsible for the correct maintenance of organisational, personnel master and contract data for an assigned personnel area (payroll and posting runs are carried out by central HR fenaco)
• Recording and processing all payroll-relevant changes from entry to exit including monthly plausibility and quality assurance tasks (ICS)
• Clarifying and processing payroll and posting-related questions (account assignment, use of wage types, etc.)
• Analysing and resolving errors or ambiguities
• Handling tasks in the area of social insurance related to AHV, family allowances, EO, health and accident insurance
• Clarifying and processing questions regarding time management (absences, balances) as well as finance (posting of wage types)
• Creating reports and statistics
• Ensuring the implementation of adjustments and further developments within the area of responsibility
• Contact person for HR Business Partners, HR Service Partners, line managers, employees as well as finance and time management officers in all payroll matters

We look forward to this profile

• Commercial basic training with completed further training in payroll, social insurance or HR professional experience in a comparable function
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss payroll specifics
• Good SAP HCM knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with numbers and questions related to social insurance
• Independent, precise and structured way of working
