Responsibilities:
Independent handling of quotations, time and material work and additional charges in coordination with the service managers
Coordination of service deployments heating/sanitary and forwarding relevant reports to technicians
Analysis of system errors and targeted forwarding of complex IT problems to specialist departments
Maintenance of maintenance and order documentation for seamless order processing
Support and professional assistance of apprentices in customer service
Support of the team in organisational and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial training
Several years of experience in the heating/sanitary sector
Confident German and proficient use of MS Office
Service-oriented, resilient and flexible working style
Team spirit and enjoyment of customer contact
